RETURNS POLICY


TheEpicenter.com has a long history of providing excellent customer service and our goal is to continue this practice. Our customers are very important to us and we want you to be happy with your order. If anything you purchase from us fails to meet your expectations or if there is a problem with your order, please let us know!

Food Items: We cannot accept returns or offer refunds on Food items that are not defective unless we made an error packing your order (i.e., you receive the wrong item).

Defective or Damaged Food items will be replaced (if available) or refunded at no additional cost to you if we are notified within 30 days of original delivery date. See Return Instructions, below.

Non-Food Items: Unused, undamaged Non-food items (new, in original box) returned within 30 days of the original delivery date will be fully refunded (less shipping charges); Non-food items which are damaged or defective that are returned within 30 days of the original delivery date will be fully refunded or replaced absolutely free of  charge*. See Return Instructions, below.

* Return requests for Power-Related Items will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and replacement or refund will be approved only at our discretion.
Sorry, we cannot offer refunds or accept returns of any used item.

We do not charge a restocking fee for any unused, returned item within 30 days of original delivery date. Returns of items after 30 days will be addressed on a case-by-case basis.

Refused Orders or Undeliverable Orders: Original and return shipping costs are not refundable. All refunds for refused or undeliverable orders will be calculated as follows: Original Order Total less Original Shipping Charges less Return Shipping Charges. We also reserve the right to charge a credit card processing fee of not more than 3% of the original order total.

UPS makes up to three delivery attempts. After the third attempt, if no alternate delivery arrangements have been made with UPS by the receiver at the delivery address, the shipment will be returned to us and therefore considered a Refused/Undeliverable Order.

Return Instructions

1.    Damaged shipments: We cannot be responsible for damages after your order leaves our warehouse, therefore we must submit damaged shipment claims directly to the carrier for resolution.

2.    Returned items: Before returning any item, contact us at (541) 684-0717 or send an e-mail to:  to get Return Shipping Instructions. Every order that is returned to us must have a Return Authorization in order to be processed or accepted.

After receiving your Return Authorization and Return Shipping Instructions, make sure the items are repackaged in their original boxes and are in new condition.

After receiving the returned item, we will then either issue a customer refund (via credit card, check, or in-house customer credit) less any shipping charges that may apply (shipping costs may be refunded only on returned items we determine to be defective), or we will send a replacement item without any additional shipping charges to you.
